This is a compilation of GG1 and GG2

- Added the invite-key variable to eggdrop.conf.dist

- Made greet work for global +f users even if they
  didn't have a channel record. Keeps from having to set
  a channel rec for every channel when a user has global
  only flags.

- small 'if' syntax fix in msg_key
