This is the correct version the other one +ANSI+TG was the wrong one I uploaded by mistake.

This is a full ansi color version of eggdrop 1.1.5 it includes some fixed
and changes.  Some addtions are:  keeping urls for users also a fix for
the tcl chpass bug on some systems.  Also added is autovoice abilites with
channel flags and config file entry to manage it.  Has built in BitchX cloaking so you dont need a tcl. And an additional URL entry that acts the same way the email works.
