Changes made to Eggdrop1.3.13 with this patch:

* cosmetic bug found by Islandic corrected: no more "you have no
  message" displayed twice.

* inserted my nick in the contrib for the notes-patch
  (hey Islandic, "modesty mode off" ;-)
