- .invite nickname #chan will now check flags against #chan instead of
  console channel and will get logged well
- BOT_SHARE log (+h) won't show passwords anymore
- .channel #chan will get logged with #chan instead of console #chan
- waiting notes notices were telling to msg the original botnick instead
  of the current one (found by BrainSick)
- info on /dcc GET also used the original botnick
- not permanent bans were not shared correctly
- sendnote tcl command would segv the bot on a forward (found by LoveAngel)
- .kickban now has a default reason (requested)
- set telnet-flood example added to eggdrop.conf.dist
