Changes made to Eggdrop1.3.14 with this patch:

* improved tcl-commands 'notes', added 'erasenotes' and
  'listnotes'. Now smart-notes system is full supported.

* added notes2.tcl as example, to read index and erase
  notes everywhere in the hub.
  ex: .notes noBOTy read (read all your notes on noBOTy)
      .notes all erase all (erase all notes on all bots)
