eggdrop1.3.15+easton-pl1

This patch is based off the CVS tree, I don't know how it'll apply to a 
plain eggdrop1.3.15.

What it fixes
=============
- Makes bot not start if it can't write to the pid file. Fixes problem 
  where if you exceed your quota and use a botchk you wake up to a 1000
  copies of the bot running and a gline.

- Prevents overwriting of chanfile if there's no space for it.

- Changes .unloadmod and .loadmod so they're actually logged as that,
  where as before it was logged as .unloadmodule and .loadmodule. Also
  changes helpfile which was referring to the commands as .unload and
  .load

- Changes indenting on a few modules my last patch missed (whoops)

- Changes to the UPDATES1.3 file for old patches of mine

- Small change to get rid of unused var complaint during compiling
