This patch adds a bantime to the +ban function. Here is the syntax : 
+ban <hostmask> [channel] [%bantime <XdXhXm>] [reason], where the bantime
has to be expressed in days, hours and minutes. This patch was first coded
by Q, answering to a demand from arthur2. The d/h/m syntax was later coded
by Solal.

Eggdrop banlist did tend to be longer and longer, due to perpetual
additions of permanent bans. At the end the botmaster had to take a lot of
time to do some "cleaning". With this patch, this shouldn't happen
anymore.

Included in the eggdrop1.3.20+bantime.patch.tar.gz file : cmdschan.c.diff,
and channel.help.diff

This patch has been tested on 1.3.19 and 1.3.20 eggdrop versions.
