This isn't much, but it corrects an issue with the .away command not working
in the same way which the internal bot help would indicate.  The .away command
will not work like a toggle when called with no arguments, rather than giving
the slightly surreal message ("You weren't away!") when called by someone who
isn't away.  The default away reason is now "Gone.".

This is the thing I was alluding to about the awayfix patch not being
complete, and now I see that it's broken as well.  Don't use it.  This patch
doesn't fix the problem with the notes module, but it doesn't break it,
either.  ;)  (You'll need to get the CVS-980925 patch to fix that.)
