  Prevents 1.3.28 bots from sharing the exempt list and the invite
  list with other bots which don't support this feature (all versions
  below 1.3.28 are not provided with these lists).

[ ignorelist ]

  Fixes a small problem with userfiles: the global ignore list
  was saved several times and with bugus format. This produced
  several "* Corrupt user record " warnings when sharing with
  eggdrop 1.3.x (x < 28) bots.


You should apply both patches to avoid problems with older bots when
sharing and to shrink your userfile if you are using ignores. As the
patches are merged you only need to apply them in one chunk.

NOTE: This patch now applies cleanly against the stock eggdrop1.3.28.
      The last one was made from a wrongly indented version of the
      source. Sorry.
