Step 1: patch -Ep0 < eggdrop1.6.0-1.6.1.patch
	  (this will patch eggdrop1.6.0 properly)

Step 2: mv eggdrop1.6.0 eggdrop1.6.1
	  (this isn't really needed, but you are using 1.6.1 now)

Once you have done these steps, compile eggdrop1.6.1 like normal.
