distributed.tcl is a distributed, encrypted key server for eggdrop.  It is designed for the
way overly paranoid IRC user, aka EFNet people ( =)  ).  It includes a script to get ops in a
channel, extremely securely.

NOTE TO SODRE.NET:  Please distribute 'newdistributed.tcl' as 'distributed.tcl'.  I forgot to 
remove all my channel specific stuff from the original distributed.tcl...please use this one
instead.
