There's antisd.tcl so why can't there be also antimschat.tcl?
This script detects Microsoft Chat users who say ' Appears as' on the 
channel. If you want that also ctcp-version replies are checked then you
should load nover.tcl which is also written by me (surprise! surprise!) 

Tested on eggdrop1.4.0 with TCL 7.6
